Proud to be with you

I've always been the those kind of girl that is a hardcore fan of a boy band, specifically, Japanese and Korean boy bands. Not to say that I don't follow the trend of new songs from Rhianna, All American Rejects, Beyonce etc, cause I do. Its just that have been the type of girl that enjoys watching cute/good looking/funny/pretty guys more. Flower Boys to be exact. Sure they could even surpass girls by just dressing up with a wig and a dress and still look prettier than a girl but hey, that's what I call entertainment. I've always felt that Japanese and Korean artist are slightly different that other artist. I'm not discriminating, but that's how I see it through my eyes. My worldview per say.


What capture my eyes toward any boy band, either Japanese or Korean is their friendship or should I say strong brotherly bond towards one and other. Like family, they tend to live together in dormitories and constantly practice with one another. Sure there might be some awkwardness living together with total strangers but after living with each other so long, that BOND would surely develop.


I've been a fan of ALL J&Kpop boy bands but I only have two MAIN bands that I totally follow; ARASHI from Japan and Dong Bang Shin Ki (DBSK) from Korea. These 10 gorgeous and funny guys are THE love of my life. I'm not one of those fanatic fans that go gaga over looks, though I don't deny that I sometimes do. Instead, I follow these two groups because of their friendship that strengthen each passing day and seeing them facing all obstacles as a team. I totally adore them when I see them cry for being thankful to not just each other but also towards their fans. Being a fan of these two groups, and hearing them sing songs that are filled with emotions is just a bliss. I especially adore them when they sing songs that are dedicated to their fan. Songs that are not lovey-dovey or 'jiwang' but sincere, honest and filled with emotions.

I love it when I see them all together and just being themselves, on or off camera.
I love it when I see them get along and tease one another
I love it when I see them happy just being in the same group despite being in different background
I love it when I see them smiling happily
I love it when I see the sincerity in their eyes when they are talking about the other members
I love it when I see that they are all casual and comfortable around each other
I love it when I see all of them are together through thick or thin, ups and downs
I love it when I'm sadden seeing them being brave around each other
I love it when they put a smile on my face
I love it when they succeed in making me tear up with laughter
I love it when they sing with full emotions that I manage to actually cry
I love it when at the end of the day, they are still the same.

Today was filled with many ups and down.
I'm loosing my will to look forward sometimes.

Starbucks

Only the first week of the new semester, Elis and I are already stuck with our first assignments. Its a group assignment, a presentation on Japanese Colonization, funny thing is, Japan did not colonize anything. Its actually Japanese Occupation. Pfft. We were stuck with it the whole evening. We got together at Starbucks, Dataran Sunway at around 4.30pm and amazingly, we stayed there for nearly 5 hours. We finished our work at around 9.30ish then we went for a late dinner at D'Kayu. I arrived back home at around 10.30pm. Tired but glad that my work is done. :D

Im glad I was part of the committee, I was in charge of F&B.
Decoration was marvelous, all the work paid off.
We work our butts off for this event.
Its a first for me, I dressed up a vampire/gypsy/ringmaster/cowgirl.
The girls and even guys were dressed up.
It was really interesting to see everyone dressing up.

White House members has always been the best companions in college. Going for meetings, planning events, buying stuff and finding locations are the best part of being in white house. Honestly, I'm pretty sure that my college life will be different if I wan not a white house member. The picture was taken during our last gathering for raya at ellis's house. We look like a happy family dont we. Haha, I guess we are. :D

Presentations are always awesome, especially when all of us get to dress up for that one particular day. It was an awesome day. Elis and I did our final presentation and may I say it was a success. We MC-ed an auction show, where we did not auction stuffs, but auctioned out guys for date instead. It was hilarious. Haha, I loved every moment of it. :D
